Lisa Milnes, BA LicAc MBAcC MAAC

I have been an acupuncturist for 20 years, having transitioned from a corporate career after experiencing the transformative effects of Five-Element Acupuncture for my chronic migraines. Not only did I find lasting relief from my physical symptoms, but it also regulated my entire system, giving me a greater sense of well-being and the confidence to pursue a more fulfilling career. Inspired by this, I retrained to help others discover these benefits. I believe the essential connection between mind, body, and spirit is often overlooked in modern medicine. My practice prioritises emotional and mental well-being alongside physical health for a more balanced approach to wellness.

I graduated from the School of Five Element Acupuncture, London (SOFEA) in 2005 after 3 years of rigorous training in acupuncture, biomedical sciences, and clinical practice. Since then I have worked across London and the Middle East.

In my ongoing commitment to learning and growth, I have undertaken advanced postgraduate training, including earning a qualification in mentoring-supervision under the expert guidance of Isobel Cosgrove. This has enabled me to provide peer support to fellow acupuncturists and healthcare professionals.

“Lisa is very kind, knowledgeable, intuitive acupuncturist. It is also a beautiful quiet place to receive a treatment and I was always made to feel at ease. She has been my lifesaver over the past 5 years. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a supportive and caring practitioner.” DT, Chelsea

I use ultra fine gauge Korean acupuncture needles, which aims to offer a treatment that is more comfortable and highly effective.
